Stickers are provided in every order but are not guaranteed as they are provided based on availability.
HOW DO I START AN EXCHANGE?
By raising the exchange request it can be possible.
CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation against any orders may not be possible.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Every order is subject to review. The order is confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam inbox, too. Once received, just reply "THANK YOU" to the email so that it won't go to the spam folder.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday on an alternate basis. They will be dispatched within 24 hours and you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES, we do. Orders shipped outside INDIA are subject to non-refundable customs duties/taxes. PayPal has enabled us to allow the payment of stated fees at the time of checkout you can see it on the PAY LATER option.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Allow 48 hours after the stated delivery time for your package to show up. If your package hasn't been delivered, please contact

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
If your order was canceled, we advise you to contact your financial institution to ensure your information is current. Cancellations are also affected by limited stock availability.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT?
Our Team will respond within 24-72 hours. Excluding weekends and major holidays.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact exchanges@bazzoit.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. We ask you to provide detailed images of the product(s) in question along with the packing/invoice slip.
I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THE SHIPMENT HASN'T MOVED.
Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.
IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Bazzoit.com displays real-time inventory. Unfortunately, inventory once sold cannot be restocked.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, DO YOU INCLUDE THE PRICE IN THE PACKAGE?
On request, We do not include prices on our packing slips.
I RECEIVED AN ITEM FROM BAZZOIT.COM AS A GIFT. CAN I RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT?
We do not offer returns. You will have to contact the purchaser to exchange the product however due to high demand we can’t guarantee the purchased product is in stock.

5. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
Please note that all sales are final. Once you’ve received your Bazzoit Mystery Box, there are no returns or exchanges. Since the value you get is so much more than what you pay, we want to keep the experience simple and exciting.
6. DELIVERY TO YOUR DOORSTEP:
All mystery boxes will be delivered straight to your doorstep. We don’t offer in-store pickups, so you can enjoy the excitement of unboxing from the comfort of your home.

Want to surprise a friend or loved one? You can now send the Bazzoit Mystery Box as a gift! Pick the date you’d like the surprise box to be delivered, and even include a custom message whether it’s a heartfelt wish, a love quote, or a fun friendship note. All of these options are up to you!
8. NO UPGRADES OR DOWNGRADES:
Once you place your order, the box is set! It can’t be upgraded to a premium version or downgraded to a cheaper one after the order is placed.
9. AVAILABILITY AND FUTURE PURCHASES:
Our mystery boxes are subject to availability. In the rare case that we’re oversold, don’t worry you can keep your mystery box card number for future purchases. The card won’t expire, so you can use it whenever you like.
10. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We offer a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, digital wallets, EMI options, and PayPal for international orders. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) for mystery boxes.
