We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Reverse pickup is available for both exchanges and returns.
- A ₹100 reverse pickup charge applies to each request.

- RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON SALE ITEMS.

For Exchanges:
- A secure ₹100 payment link will be shared via WhatsApp or Email to arrange the reverse pickup.
- Reverse pickup will be initiated only after successful payment.
- In rare cases, reverse pickup may not be available in certain locations. If so, our team will inform you with the next best option.

For Returns:
- For return orders, ₹100 will be deducted as a reverse pickup fee, and the remaining refundable amount will be provided as store credit.
- This charge applies per request, not per item.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

(Size Mismatch, Defective Item, or Wrong Item Received)
We believe the perfect fit matters and if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got your back.

    • Only one size exchange per item per order is allowed
    • Exchanges and returns are subject to product availability
    • If your requested size is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit valid for 250 days

    2. QUALITY CHECK (QC)

    Once your returned product reaches our warehouse, it goes through a quality check before processing.

    • Returned shipments usually take a minimum of 19 days to reach us
    • Reverse pickups take a bit longer than regular deliveries, so thank you for your patience.
    • After the product arrives and passes QC, your exchange or return will be processed
    • Updates will be shared on your registered email.

    Please note:

    • Refunds for return orders are issued as store credit only after QC approval
    • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original condition
    • Items returned in worn, damaged, or poor condition will not be accepted
    • We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions

    3. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

    4. REVERSE PICKUP PROCESS

    Once you raise a return or exchange request, our team will reach out via WhatsApp, email, or call and share the ₹100 payment link. Once the payment is verified,
    We’ll arrange reverse pickup from your location

    • Pickup will be attempted twice
    • No need to pack the product yourself - just hand it over with tags and original packaging
    • Our logistics partner will take care of the packing

    Sit back. Relax. We’ve got this.

    If pickup fails, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse and email us the tracking details.

    5. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

    • Returns (other than exchanges) are refunded as store credit
    • Store credit is issued within 5–10 business days after QC approval
    • Store credit is valid for 250 days from the date of issue

    6. CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Only COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch
    • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, but can be modified before dispatch
    • All approved cancellations are refunded as store credit

    7. EXCEPTIONS

    No returns or exchanges on:

    • Mystery Box products
    • Sale items
