HOW DO I START AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

- We offer a 10-day Return and Exchange policy for our guests.
- Reverse pickup is available for both exchanges and returns.
- A ₹100 reverse pickup charge applies to each request.

For Exchanges:
- A secure ₹100 payment link will be shared via WhatsApp or Email to arrange the reverse pickup.
- Reverse pickup will be initiated only after successful payment.
- In rare cases, reverse pickup may not be available in certain locations. If so, our team will inform you with the next best option.

For Returns:
- For return orders, ₹100 will be deducted as a reverse pickup fee, and the remaining refundable amount will be provided as store credit.
- This charge applies per request, not per item.

Nope.
Our T-shirts are made using pre-shrunk fabric and go through a controlled wash process to prevent shrinkage.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

For COD orders, we use AI to assess delivery risk based on past order history.
If an order is flagged high-risk or confirmation calls go unanswered, it may be cancelled.
