HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp, Email, or SMS — mostly on WhatsApp.
In follow-up messages, you will also get shipping and delivery updates.
These updates will contain a "Track Order" link — this is the same link you will use to request an exchange if needed.

- Click the "Track Order" Link
Tap the "Track Order" link from the message to open your order tracking page.

- Go to the Tracking Page
The tracking page will show your order status (e.g., Delivered) along with the delivery details.

- Click on "Request for Exchange"
On the tracking page, you’ll see a button labeled "Request for Exchange." Click this button.

- Select the Reason for Exchange

  • 📏 Size Mismatch
  • ❌ Received Wrong Item
  • ⚠️ Item Defective

Once you’ve selected the reason, follow the instructions shown to complete your exchange request.
