2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase
- During sales or peak seasons, processing time may take slightly longer

3. SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email with your tracking details.
This helps you monitor your shipment in real time and plan accordingly.
4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
- Free standard shipping on all orders within India
- Bangalore: up to 2 business days

Important Note:
Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with.
If a tampered package is accepted at delivery and no proof of missing items is available, BAZZOIT will not be liable for refunds or losses.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally
- Estimated delivery time: 5–18 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
- Minimum order value: ₹3000 for international shipments
- If there’s any discrepancy, our team will contact you directly

- Customs duties & additional taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient
6. APPLICABLE TAXES
All orders are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian tax regulations.
Taxes are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
7. DELIVERY TIMELINES
While we do our best to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

- Weather conditions
- Carrier or regional disruptions

8. DELIVERY ISSUES
In the rare case that your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support immediately.
We’ll coordinate with our aggregator and ensure the issue is resolved quickly and fairly.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We offer a 10-day Return and Exchange policy for our guests.
- Reverse pickup is available for both exchanges and returns.
- A ₹100 reverse pickup charge applies to each request.
For Exchanges:
- A secure ₹100 payment link will be shared via WhatsApp or Email to arrange the reverse pickup.
- Reverse pickup will be initiated only after successful payment.
- In rare cases, reverse pickup may not be available in certain locations. If so, our team will inform you with the next best option.
For Returns:
- For return orders, ₹100 will be deducted as a reverse pickup fee, and the remaining refundable amount will be provided as store credit.
- This charge applies per request, not per item.
Once you raise a return or exchange request, our team will reach out via WhatsApp, email, or call and share the ₹100 payment link. Once the payment is verified,

10. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) CHARGES
Yes - COD orders carry a flat handling fee of ₹100.
Why?
COD orders may sound easy, but they come with extra costs for us. Many times, packages are refused, delayed, or misused, and some people even take advantage of COD - which can lead to heavy losses.
This small fee helps us keep COD available while continuing to deliver your orders safely and reliably.

11. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Need to update your shipping address?
Contact our support team as soon as possible.
We’ll try our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once the order is processed for shipping.
