YES, we do. Orders shipped outside INDIA are subject to non-refundable customs duties/taxes. PayPal has enabled us to allow the payment of stated fees at the time of checkout you can see it on the PAY LATER option.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED? 

We use AI technology to assess the risk level of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders based on the buyer’s past order history. If an order is flagged as high risk or if we receive a poor or no response during our confirmation call, the COD order may be automatically canceled.

Please note, we do not cancel any prepaid orders. In rare cases, if an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If you’re not comfortable with the replacement, we will cancel the order and issue a refund in the form of store credit.

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.
